I trust everyone is fit and well.
As everyone will be aware mainland Scotland was placed into tier 4 restrictions for a minimum period of three weeks with effect from Boxing day.
The guidance, as it currently stands, issued by Scottish Hockey states that socially distanced training at tier 4 is allowed. The main change in tier 4 restrictions relates to U18 training where social distancing must also be adhered to.
That’s the good news.
The bad news is Midlothian Council have advised that while tier 4 restrictions are in place all leisure centres within Midlothian will remain closed. Currently the earliest Lasswade will re-open is 18 January.
We will provide further update(s) as soon as any of the above changes. In the meantime, stay safe.
